Getting Started
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
To apply for a wholesale account, contact us with your business information including your business license or tax ID. Our team will review your application within 2-3 business days.
What are the requirements to become a wholesale customer?
You need a valid business license or tax ID, be in the jewelry retail industry, have an established customer base, and meet our minimum order requirements ($500 initial order).
How long does the approval process take?
Most applications are reviewed and approved within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your account is approved with your wholesale login credentials.
Ordering & Pricing
What are your wholesale pricing tiers?
Our pricing tiers are:
- Tier 1 (50-99 pieces): 40% off retail
- Tier 2 (100-199 pieces): 45% off retail
- Tier 3 (200+ pieces): 50% off retail
What is the minimum order quantity?
Initial orders require a $500 minimum. Reorders have a $250 minimum. For mixed orders, we require a minimum of 50 total pieces, with at least 12 pieces per individual style/color.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Yes! You can mix different products in one order. The total quantity determines your pricing tier, and you need a minimum of 12 pieces per individual style/color combination.
How often do prices change?
Wholesale prices are typically stable but may change due to material costs or market conditions. We provide 30 days notice for any price changes and honor quoted prices for 30 days.
Payment & Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, PayPal Business accounts, and offer Net 30 terms for approved established customers.
Do you offer Net 30 payment terms?
Yes, Net 30 payment terms are available for established customers with approved credit. New customers are required to pay before shipping until credit terms are established.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer standard (5-7 days, $15), express (2-3 days, $35), and overnight shipping. Orders over $1000 qualify for free standard shipping. International shipping is calculated by weight and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. We handle all customs documentation and can assist with local distributor partnerships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return authorization is required before shipping items back. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Can I exchange items for different sizes or colors?
Yes, exchanges are available for different sizes (rings) and colors, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.
What items cannot be returned?
Custom or personalized jewelry, items damaged by the customer, items returned after the 30-day period, and items without original packaging cannot be returned.
Account Management
How do I maintain my wholesale account status?
Maintain a minimum annual purchase of $2000 to keep your wholesale account active. We conduct annual account reviews, and inactive accounts may be suspended after 12 months of no activity.
Can I sell your products online?
Yes, online sales are permitted with proper brand representation. You must follow our MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy and use approved product images and descriptions.
Do you provide marketing materials?
Yes! We provide high-quality product images, descriptions, and marketing materials to help you sell our products effectively. All materials are available in your wholesale account portal.
